when you live in emmetsburg, iowa there are
two things to do, all day. work on cows and corn, or go
to school. since most of these teens are too good
to work with animals, school is the only option. the
school is in the center of the town, taking up almost
a block of space. the school is large and the teachers
are great, it's the kid's you have to worry about.

in small towns like these it's where most of the crime
happens. when you're bored you're willing to do
anything to entertain yourself. these kids result in
stealing and vandalizing everything. with a minimal
police program there isn't much they can do but tell
the kids to stop. but will it ever?
