Mark was insanely bored, the room was totally empty and he had to stay in here in case someone was sent here. Maybe the games have something to do with it he thought Though if no one screws up the Squad has nothing to do, but someone always slips up A sinister grin was plastered on his face as he thought of his favorite moments in the games. There was once a shape-shifter who thought it was hilarious to put dead rats in his locker, needless to say he was extremely happy when he took him in. The look on his face was priceless he thought Especially when I slowly dragged a claw across his face while my venom was still doing it's job Oh how he slowly cut that shape-shifter into ribbons, starting with the tendons so when the venom wore off any effort to move would be excruciatingly painful. He lightly chuckled, not being able to resist laughing the memory of the shape-shifter switching from threatening him to begging for his life. That was a great day he thought, leaning back in his chair and putting his hands behind his head.
After he was done reminiscing over the past he decide to play around on his computer for a few seconds. After he checked his email for the fifth time to see if someone had sent him an e-mail about a student that was supposed to show up for detention. I guess not he thought with a sigh I was hoping I could get out of this room to track someone down, that would be a little bit fun He felt like he was being punished some of the time when he was just sitting here and couldn't really go anywhere. There normally wasn't that much time when he was alone in the detention room but when he was alone the day seemed to just creep along. He decided now was as good of a time as any to try and sleep, but knowing his luck someone would walk in just as he was about to fall asleep. I guess I'll just have to take that risk he thought moving his chair so the back was to the door. He couldn't risk one of the administrators walking by and noticing that he was sleeping on the job. Now he could hear someone walk in and wake up before they noticed he was asleep, at least in theory. It'll work he reassured himself as he closed his eyes The Squad gave me pretty good reaction time and hearing.

How dare that ungrateful asshole give her a detention? That pitiful excuse for a teacher didn't even have the grounds to do so. He was just doing it because he knew he could never get in her pants. Well, at least that was what Elle was telling herself. That useless human shouldn't even be gifted with the position on the staff. After all, why would a human be the combat specialist? Elle herself could take him out with her eyes closed. She had been trained in special fairy combat techniques. It wasn't as if she even needed his class. And if he wanted to give her a run for her money, than at least Elle knew that the demons could take care of him quite easily.
Elle giggled a bit as she walked closer to the detention room, thinking about her fellow classmate, Jax Halestone, ripping the combat specialist into shreds. That kid was strong. Not to mention he was a good lay. Of course, many demons were, and Elle could attest to that. Although, the blonde bombshell had serious denial problems when it came to her...sleeping habits. Like she would ever admit she was on the experienced side of that fence. it was unladylike. Of course, Elle couldn't remember if she had decided to use it as part of her cover as a bimbo or not. It did seem like those girls held the records for most blowjobs in a year.
Well, at least she could re-outline her facade during this detention. Distracted, Elle slipped into a flutter, above the ground, rather than humanoid walking procedures. She tended to turn more fairy in her tendencies when she was agitated or distracted. Turning into the room, she flitted over to the desk, finding the coordinator slightly dozed, and set her slip down with a thud. She didn't want to be here any longer than she had to, and with Professor Reed asleep, it would be rather awkward for her to just be sitting there. So, she just stood over him, well floated, as she waited for him to retain attentiveness.

Mark had just fallen asleep when the fairy flittered in and the relative silence of flight failed to wake him. He was actually quite comfortable before the thud caused his eyes to pop open. When he saw the student hovering a little bit too close to him he staid still but let out a tired sigh. He hated it when students tried to startle him, it got so annoying sometimes especially when the idea wasn't thought out. He noticed the blonde fairy as Annabelle Thorne, he knew her well enough to know her name but that was about it. "Why are you here?" he asked, guessing it was probably for a cruel, but hilarious, trick she had probably played on a teacher. Fairies were widely known for playing hilarious tricks, some of which could be interpreted as cruel or improper but he still considered them funny. Back when he was on the Squad the fairy member got in the same year as he did and the first thing she did on the Squad was pull pranks on their first mark before he brutally murdered him. Good times he thought, with a small smirk I wonder what happened to her
He turned towards his computer to mark down that she had shown up but stopped when he noticed some paperwork hidden under some of his stuff. "Damnit" he muttered under his breath, the stuff looked important but he really didn't want to do it. Maybe I didn't see it he thought Maybe it never showed up and I never heard of it He tapped the paper, deciding to ignore it until he came up with a good excuse or way to get rid of it. He honestly didn't have that much paperwork, but he resented what little work he had to do. There is no way I could ever work in an office he thought crossing his arms My total resentment to all paperwork, terrible rage, and immortality would result in a total mess for everyone involved He remembered his initial purpose for turning away and quickly scribbled the fairy's name on a slip of paper, stopping only to check the time before marking that down as well. He turned back towards the fairy, trying to come up with something to give her to do while she was stuck here. I guess what she did should play a factor he thought, slightly cocking his head

Staring blankly at the man as his eyes popped wide open, Elle was rather upset she hadn't done something funny to the teacher before she had woken him up. Eyeing him up and down, though secretly slow, Elle figured that he was slightly cute and looked rather young, though she was all too smart enough to realize that looks were deceiving, especially in this place. But after all, she had screwed a two-hundred year old demon a few weeks ago, so age wasn't really a factor in her selection process. However, being a creepy teacher sort of was. He wasn't to creepy, but he was sort of...well...icky.
Elle mentally slapped herself for procuring the word 'icky' from her brain. The fake blonde facade was beginning to get to her. After all, some great philosopher said once that if you act like something long enough, you would surely become that way forever. Wait, maybe that wasn't a philosopher; maybe that was her grandfather who said that. Close enough anyway. As the teacher swiveled around to his computer and stopped, Elle kicked her focus back into gear. She heard his question, but decided whether or not to tell the truth. It was a toss up. It wasn't a big deal, really, but she didn't like just giving details away.
In the end, though, she surrendered to her better judgement. "Well, I was flirting with someone and got in a bit of trouble, nothing big," she said, only lying slightly. She didn't really want to say that she was late for the combat specialist's class while she was making out with and feeling up some guy outside of the room where she was supposed to have been ten minutes previously. But either way, she got the detention, but still had some unfinished business to attend to after she was liberated.

Mark knew he wasn't going to get a completely honest answer but in all fairness he would have lied too. "All right" he sighed, with a tinge of sarcasm in his voice "Take a seat while I come up with something" He noted down the reason as inappropriate behavior, guessing that it was closer to the truth than just flirting. Some teachers could be real dicks but he had never heard of someone being sent to detention for something that could be boiled down to talking. Unless it was worse than he guessed he really wouldn't have cared, he didn't really care about much unless humans were doing it. That might be it he thought with a bit of self satisfaction Humans tend to be a bit pissy when they see themselves surrounded by superior beings He considered dogs to be superior to humans because dogs knew their place and didn't question it. "The teacher was a human wasn't it?" he asked, guessing it could also be a jealous female teacher. Wow where did that thought come from? he asked himself Yeah she's kinda hot but what is she? 16? 17?
He grudgingly turned back towards his paperwork and came up with an idea on how to get out of it. "I got something for you to do" he announced suddenly, picking up the papers "Come up with ways I can get out of doing this paperwork" He figured having someone else's idea would be less suspicious, and much less obvious than doing what he would do. Sure the easy solution would be to ignore and simply say that he didn't get it but it was way more fun to some up with an elaborate, but convincing trick. This should make my day not feel like time has stopped he thought, reaching into his desk to grab a rubber band ball that he had confiscated because well, he had wanted it. He leaned back in his chair and proceeded to bounce the ball against the wall, waiting to see what the blonde fairy could come up with. After a few seconds he turned to her and asked "Do you know if the Games have started yet?" As a Squad alumni he took it upon himself to keep track of the games, it was kind of fun to envision what happened in the game rooms. I really hope they still get personal with the killings he thought I can't imagine just watching my victims dieing
