uncovering the truth;
personality; Matching almost perfectly with her species title, Jessica tends to switch moods constantly. While her actions hover over the ruder side more often she can also be extremely ditsy or nice, it all depends on you and how she thinks of you. So for all your safety, avoid getting on her bad side. While she may not be the strongest piece of metal around, there's no doubt she could make a dent in that pretty little flesh of yours. While she shows off her angry side often enough, the little gold part of her heart isn't completely cloaked in black. While mostly it shows to animals and other girls, the cape can come off and Jessica can come off as a decent person, maybe even friend worthy. But these flashes of attitude appear and disperse nearly in the same amount of time, seconds.
Another side to Jessica, as seeing the endless possibility with her attitude, is her slightly promiscuous side. While not a total quirk to her ways but enough to make her throw out the occasional smirk or touch. With this flirting tone, Jessica's haughty side makes an appearance in her little soap opera of attitudes. She often takes the defensive side, pointing out her qualities and your flaws. Raised with a need to do so, she keeps to her ways. So flirting has become a self-confidence ritual for her. Often giving her the boost about herself she needed.
Being the girl she is, Jessica has her occasional 'I'm fat.' modes, and then being the abused kid she was, her 'I need to die.' modes. Her self confidence is basically shot, and it shows constantly. While she's attempted to fix this negative feeling, which is how she ended up with a head full of pink hair, she can't shake the silent pull at her heart telling her she was a mistake, a nuisance, a failure. Noticing this her aunt attempts to get her to open up, mostly by sending her off to 'Self Confidence' camps, and counselors. In blank truth, Jessica is a stupid drunk. If you've ever been friends with her, you've probably seen so. Jessica seems to find heaven in alcohol, escaping most her troubles. After that seventh can, she can tend to get somewhat ditsy. Tumbling and stumbling around, it can be quite an entertaining show to watch.

personal history; [J]essica lived a decent life for the first thirteen years, her parents were still in love and still gave her enough attention. Jessica was a star student, and a talented little love. Her parents kept her powers hidden from her, so she was blissfully unaware of the roars growing inside her. Only days before her thirteenth birthday, she noticed tensions between her parents tightened, and she noticed the occasional yell. On the actual day of her birthday, her father quite literally flipped out. He flipped over her cake and ran out, not coming back for a few weeks. Jessica spent her first teen year in curious fright. Often staying only in her rooms and only interrupted when her father barged in to yell at her as well, often criticizing her looks.
The same thing happened a year later, but to a higher degree. As the family set themselves up, Jessica noticed a bump on her mothers house. This is basically where the anger started, Jessica continually glaring at her father the whole day. When her father repeated the same last years actions, the flipping of the cake ensued. As well as him pausing to hit Jessica's mother with his fist. At this point Jessica was screaming, lunging at the thirty one year old. As she jumped onto his shoulders, her body morphed and suddenly a mass of white pelt and tooth and claw was clinging to his neck, claws digging into his back as a giant maw set into his meaty flesh. Jessica can still recall the feeling of his bones against her nails and now is almost terrified of banging her nails against any surface. She still regrets letting her anger get a hold of her, and as a result rarely changes form. After this incident, Jessica was more fascinated with her powers after her mother explained their generations.
During a school trip to the zoo, which Jessica was excited about. She was interested in learning more about her breed. During the trip, as the teacher talked to a few students. Jessica noticed a small group of boys throwing pieces of their pretzel at the animals over the fence. As a growl came from the large cats awoken by the thrown food hovered to their ears, Jessica now stood with clenched teeth, her lips curled backwards. Matching the cats growl with her own, she changed form before she had the chance to yell at them, lurching herself onto the boys and bruising them up pretty badly. As the white pelt backed up, she suddenly realized the mistake she had made. Two of the boys were unconscious, and one dead. Hearing the keepers rush after her, she bolted back home where she was greeted by an understanding mother. By then she had changed back and had darted any public with her now nude body.
A year later, Jessica had been shipped to live with her Aunt in Alaska, and had been writing her mother one letter every day. Accidentally letting this slip to her Aunt, whom she had bonded closely with, she was informed her mother had been shipped somewhere for nearly letting her powers slip. After being informed of such, Jessica began the search for somewhere she could express her powers without consequence, and found Forevermore Academy. On first step into the school, she knew about the games. Not only had her Aunt gone here, so had her grandparents. Although fear still traces her thoughts, she's learned to live with such. And now focuses on harnessing her powers.

Pink strands swirled around the pale girls finger as she stared over the room. Bags of nearly every size rested around her bare feet, the boots kicked over to the side. With a huff she quickly threw the bags onto an empty bed and began to search through them. After changing out of the baggy clothes she used for traveling, and had thrown them into a pile. She pulled on the jeans followed with a comfortable hoodie, as she didn't expect to go anywhere today. Her body nearly shook with excitement mixed with somewhat fear. An interesting school, no doubt interesting people too. Tossing the travel clothing into a bag and flopping herself down on the bed. Her hair was pulled into a simple ponytail, but kept its shocking color.
Her breaths escaped in small huffs, and she could hear Zeus padding around the dorm. Closing her eyes tiredly, she sighed through her nose and watched the light show play in her closed eyes. Her mind wandered off to her aunt as she wondered how the aging woman was. Suddenly jolted out of her thoughts, Zeus jumped onto her tight stomach as Jessica jumped, looking at the tom cats brown eyes as he stared intently at her. "..Hungry?" Jessica asked, sighing as the cat kept his silent stare. "...Lonely?" She asked, watching as he twitched his tail slightly. "Sorry bud." She said quietly, picking up the tabby's body limply and setting it down on one of her bags.
"I think I'm going to look around." she said almost to herself. Glancing around once more before opening the door, she glanced at the cat perched atop her stuff and gave a small wave before flipping the light switch and dispersing into the bright hallway. Tugging on the hair tie she let the pink locks free, shaking her fingers in the hair before sliding the thin piece of fabric onto her wrist and walking down the hallway in long strides.[/size][/blockquote]
