Welcome to the North Shore of beautiful Oahu, Hawaii! To avid surfers, the North Shore is known as the surfing mecca of the world, and people from around the world flock to it's sandy white beaches every year to surf the biggest and best waves on the globe!
Good surf spots along the shore are a precious commodity, and the locals are big on protecting their turf. Yet Oahu's tropical climate attracts new residents every year, and with the haoles and the military brats constantly moving to the island, the amount of locals gets smaller and smaller, making it hard to protect what they consider to be their surfing territory. But while concessions are made, and locals are forced to share their favorite surf spots, the tension between the social classes on the island is always there, and drama is constantly circulating around the North Shore.
