Brookfield Academy looks like any other boarding on the outside, though nobody but the students and staff truly know what lies within. Students ranging from ages eleven to eighteen are sent to Brookfield Academy by their parents or legal guardians because of the wonderful reputation it has. There hasn’t been anything of any real importance occurring and certainly nothing that would cause suspicion in the fifty-three years Brookfield Academy has been open.
Now, in the year 2025, strange things are beginning to happen. Mysterious disappearances are occurring where both staff and students are going missing. Some return, others do not. The one’s who do return, are they really lucky? Many come back barely alive after being dumped somewhere on campus late at night. Others come back to afraid too speak. Rumors are beginning to spread like wildfire throughout Brookfield Academy. While the staff is still trying to keep everything hidden from the parents and the rest of the public, disappearances are still occurring. Now strange letters have started circulating the school. It is not clear who or what is behind these acts, but some think it might be someone within the school. Others are unsure what to believe. What ever you might think, the only way to find out the truth is by deciding, are you ready for a SHADOWLESS NIGHT?
